Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Far part 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, and is in accordance with Far part 13.5. This announcement constitutes the only occasion for solicitation. Proposals are being requested and an additional written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, F05604-01-T-0002, is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-19. The standard Industrial Classification is 4959 and the Business size maximum is 5.0 million dollars. The proposed contract will be set aside for a small business concern. ITEM DESCRIPTION: Line item 0001: Non-personal services to empty/maintain Oil/Water Separators at Peterson AFB CO from 01 Jan 01 _ 30 Sept 01 IAW the Statement Of Work. Statements of Work is available upon request and a site visit has been scheduled for 9:00am Thursday December 28, 2000 at Peterson AFB all interested parties please contact Amn Edwin Baldomero at the phone number below for directions. Award will be based on lowest responsive overall acceptable proposal, as submitted by a responsible offeror. Pricing will include all charges/fees. Offeror must be registered in the DOD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database; (see FAR reference below).
