Description

The Department of Energy (DOE) intends to award a sole source one year membership to the Construction Industry Institute (CII) under 41USC 252 (c) (1) one responsible source. The membership will enable the DOE to: share knowledge and experiences with member organizations that have share similar missions and responsibilities that of the DOE; have access to a database of over 500 projects valued at over $3 billion which will serve as a benchmarking instrument for the DOE. Firm(s) who want to challenge the sole source must submit an interest letter that demonstrates the firm's ability to provide an equivalent service, as described above by: providing descriptive literature, membership pricing and any other documentation regarding the specification of their product.
