Description

The USDA Farm Service Agency intends to issue a purchase order for professional services under simplified acquisition procedures to Steve Clossen on a sole source basis. The contractor shall evaluate and recommend possible alternatives to operate dairy commodities to the the Deputy Adminstrator for Commodity Operations (DACO) and the Economic Policy and Analysis Staff (EPAS).
