Description

The Boston Regional Printing Procurement Office is soliciting offers on a single award term contract for a U.S. Postal Service monthly newsletter. The contract term is for 1 year (beginning February 1, 2001, and ending January 31, 2002) and 4 option years. Newsletter prints in 3 colors. Trim size is 8-1/2 x 11" (8-3/8 x 10-7/8" acceptable). Quantity averages 67,000 copies per order. Saddle stitch (4 to 24 pages). Color separated films are furnished. Operations include presswork, bindery work, ink jet labeling, mailing, and delivery on a fast schedule. Quality level 3 is required. Bid request on your firm's letterhead.
