Please change Part II, DRYVOY BOXES (2b), from Liner Terms to Free-out Terms. 2. Part II, DRYVOY BOX 4, ADD Laytime: 1 day SSHEX. 3. Change PART II, DRYVOY BOX 7, Terms/Conditions/Attachments added, deleted or modified as follows: ADD V(c) "Loading and Discharging (Liner terms)" is changed to read "Loading and Discharging (Liner terms) at load port only"; V(d) Loading and Discharging (F.i.o.s.s. with Owner-Furnished Lashing Gear) for discharge port only" is hereby added to Box 7. 4. ADD Part IV, Evaluation factors to RFP. Lump sum and day demurrage to be evaluated for award. 5. All other terms and conditions, as amended remain unchanged.
