Description

The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, supervision and disposal necessary to renovate the galley at USCG Station Chatham, MA. Work includes replacing gas range, gas deep-fat fryer and hot food server, with new government-furnished equipment. Contractor shall salvage other equipment for reinstallation after renovations. New quarry tile, solid surface countertops, and casework will be installed. Plumbing, electricla and painting is also required. Removal of a small amount asbestos-containing linoleum material is required. Grease trap shall be relocated. Estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Solicitation will be available on January 4, 2001. The due date for receipt of quotations is Janaury 26, 2001.
