Item 0001 -- air compressor; series KNW; 2 stage; oil free; rotary screw; 73cfm; 100psig; 20hp; tefc motor; 3/60/400 volt; unit uses a programmable logic controller to control and monitor compressor operations; a backlift lcd display, 4 lines by 20 characters displays operating conditions, pressures, temperatures, service, pre-alarm, and shutdown messages; options to include autp restart after power failure and after operatign unloaded for a period of time and automatically restarted on system demand, lead/lag control, manual or auto. Item 0002 -- installation of equipment; includes all demolition piping, electrical service, and equipment removal. "option 2" -- remove the tank and piping next to the existing air compressor to allow the new compressors to be moved into the location. remove the existing air compressors one at a time and install new air compressors. In order to accommodate the new air compressors on the existing housekeeping pads, galvanized beams will need to be set across the pads because the existing pads are about 3" shorter. After the first compressor is in place the contractor will install necessary piping and electrical for operation. The contractor will then demo the second compressor and install a new compressor in its place. Interested bidders must contact Carleton Leary at (850)505-6436 if they wish to bid on this procurement.
