The solicitation will be for 33,600 each, with price, delivery and past performance history being evaluation factors. Due to urgency and manufacturing capacity questions, the government is reserving the right to split the award amongst various vendors in order to ensure the best combination of price and delivery. The solicitation's pricing and delivery schedule will be structured in a unique manner, and it is recommended that all parties interested in the solicitation read through the entire RFQ carefully. The government will be seeking to establish a monthly delivery schedule from the successful vendor(s), which minimizes the overall time frame material will be delivered while factoring price and past performance into the overall evaluation.
