The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: 1) Quick View Voice Decoder Unit, PN Quickview-002, Qty 2 2), Rackmount Kit, Qty 2. This requirement is sole sourced to Metrum-Datatape, 6511 Jefferson Blvd, Frederick, MD 21703 for unique capabilities, including IRIG standards and CVSD Decoding capability. Any firms believing that they can provide the required Decoder and rackmount kit may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing it's ability to provide the required equipment, which will be considered by this agency.
