Description

This notice is a combined synopsis/Request for Quotation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only quotation, and therefore, a formal written quotation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions/clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-20. The Television-Audio support Activity intends to procure 1) twenty five (25) each Composite Input Analog Boards; adds 4 inputs of composite or S-Video to standard 8 inputs total 12; F/U/W Sony Digital Switcher DFS-700, Sony Electronics p/n: BKDF-702 and 2) fifty (50) each Cable Assemblies; F/U/W Sony camera adapter CA537/1 and Sony Camera DXC327, Sony Electronics p/n: CCZQA10. Standard commercial warranty required. The Brand named items have been identified as meeting or exceeding the Governments minimum requirements but are not established as standards upon which other offered brand named items will be evaluated. The equipment shall be delivered FOB destination to Memphis, Tennessee not later than 60 days after receipt of order. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency. Responses to this notice should be provided in writing by 22 Dec 00, 1300 PST.
