Description

The Bureau of the Census intends to negotiate and award a sole source purchase order, utilizing simplified acquisition procedures (under FAR 13.5) to FS Integrators, Inc. 5120 W. Goldleaf Circle, Suite 150, Los Angeles, California 90056 for the following software packages including annual maintenance and a 3-day on-site consulting project: Service Order Module- includes Push Technology NT for Production Server, Service Order Module- includes Push Technology or NT for Test/Development Server. Maintenance includes software updates and hot-line support with 24-hour response. Three day on-site consulting project includes installation of SOM on production or development server, integration with schema of choice (based on compatible existing workflow), administrator and/or user training classes, as time allows. The basis for the proposed non-competitive action is that this is proprietary software and no other sourse possesses the capabilities to satisfy this requirement.
