MODIFICATION TO CANCEL ORDER AND ALL DOCUMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH IT IN ITS ENTIRETY. This document, submission No. 5084T1, December 8,2000 -- 1357, submission No. 5084T5, December 8,2000 -- 1358 and submission No. 5081K6, December 8,2000 -- 1358, is being cancelled in its entirety by the Government, due to problem with request by the Medical Group. DESC: Description> Artwork, framed print with matting, secutity hardware and installation; 147 pictures (additional information will be provided upon request). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commerical items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written soliciation will not be issued. See Note 1 -- The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The following clauses are applicable to subject solication: Far 52.212-1(Instructions to offerors), 52.212.2 (Evaluation-Commerical Items) 52-212-3(offeror representations and certifications- commerical items), 52.212-4(contract terms and conditions -- commerical items) and 52.212-4 (contract terms and conditions required to implement statutes or executive orders -- commerical items) In accordance with clause 52.212-2, the evaluation factors shall be: Price and price related factors, all or none.
