Description

The Inter-American Foundation (IAF), through the Bureau of the Public Debt, intends to issue a commercial item Simplified Acquisition solicitation to obtain the services of an expert on the subject of citizen participation and democracy to undertake a study of ten organizations in Latin America and the Caribbean that receive funding from the IAF. The solicitation should be released on or about December 20, 2000. We will post the solicitation to EPS when it is released. Interested offerors may register at http://www.eps.gov to receive notification when the solicitation and any amendments are issued and available for downloading. Please note that the General Services Administration provides the notification service as a convenience and does not guarantee that notifications will be received by all persons on the mailing list. Therefore, we recommend that you monitor the EPS Business Opportunities site for all information relevant to desired acquisitions.
