Description

This is a notice of intent to award a sole source purchase order to BroadVision, Inc. of Redwood City, CA for the right to copy 247,540 licenses of Panorama Publisher v3.0. BroadVision owns the copyright to the Panorama Publisher v3.0 and is the only company that may provide such rights to the Government to copy those licenses. The Government already owns many licenses of Panorama Publisher v3.0 but requires the right to make additional copies of it to produce IRS 2000 Tax Forms on CD-ROM. The purchase order is expected to be awarded on or about December 29, 2000.
