Description

This procurement is being processed in accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition and is 100% set-aside for Small Business. A Firm Fixed Price Contract will be awarded. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541511. The Small Business Size Standard is $18.0M. The Computerized Utility Billing Integrated Control (CUBIC) was designed as a method of allocating utility costs for installations and tenants serviced by Public Works Center San Diego, and is presently deployed in Pensacola, FL and Great Lakes Il as well. This contract will provide ongoing programming/technical support to provide a downsized version of CUBIC and continue to provide CUBIC software/hardware technical support as well as Utility Cost Analysis Report support. Successful offerors will require background in CUBIC, the Utility Cost Analysis Report (UCAR), Oracle and Microsoft Access and electrical engineering. This contract will be one year in duration. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal, conforming to the solicitation, represents the best value to the Government in terms of price, past performance and other non-price related factors.
