- Description
- Contractor to aerially apply virus formulation for Suppression of Douglas-fir Tussock Moth on forestlands on the Okanogan National Forest, Washington State. Contractor shall supply virus carrier, will be responsible for locating treatment boundaries with GPS coordinates, and provide administrative and observation flights. All application will be by helicopter. Estimated treatment area is 27,000 acres, 32 hours of administrative flights and providing of 20,250 gallons of virus carrier. Performance in Spring, Calendar Year 2001, starting approximately June 15, 2001. Estimated release date for Request For Proposals is January 15, 2001. Estimated price range is between $600,000 and $800,000.
