Description

The VA Healthcare Network Upstate New York at Bath requires a service/maintenance program for a Picker PQ-S CT Scanner located at the VA Medical Center, Bath, New York. This solicitation is for the period beginning February 1, 2001 through September 30, 2001 plus four (4) option renewal periods. NAICS is 811219. This procurement is unrestricted. Service shall include full service/maintenance, 4 Preventive Maintenance Inspections per year and full Rhino Tube Replacement. Contemplated issue date is 12/21/00 with an approximate opening date of 1/18/01. The cost range is $250,000 to $500,000.
