Description

The US Marine Corps (USMC), Light Armored Vehicle (LAV), Program Management Office has a requirement for six (6) each Two-Speed Transfer Case Mod Kits, sole source Canadian Commercial Corporation/Diesel Division General Motors (CCC/DDGM). PM-LAV will procure engineering services to define the modification kit, hardware (Mod Kits) and Installation Instructions, DDGM drawings (drawings suitable for provisioning actions, red-line and publications)/Part Numbers and Engineering Change Proposals (ECP) to support ILS updates. The anticipated release date of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is 20 December 00. The Government intends to make a sole-source award to CCC/DDGM, in accordance with 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1), as authorized by FAR 6.302(a)(2)(iii). See numbered Note 22.
