Description

Contractor to provide services and supplies necessary to furnish home oxygen services to VA beneficiaries located in Laurens County and the surrounding 52 county primary service area of the Carl Vinson VA Medical Center, Dublin, Georgia, for the period 4/1/01-3/31/02 with options to extend for four additional years. The contractor, all branch offices and subcontractors must be JCAHO certified. This is a negotiated procurement. Contractors will be required to submit a technical proposal addressing the evaluation factors included in solicitation. Solicitation will be available 1/8/01.
