Description

This is a notice of intent to place a sole source acquisition in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) and Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to William Morris Agency, Inc., 2100 West End Avenue, Suite 1000, Nashville, TN 37208, for the live musical performance of Neal McCoy at the Sylvan Theatre on the Washington Monument grounds, Washington, DC, on July 4, 2001. Those responding to this synopsis must provide evidence of their ability to secure Neal McCoy's performance on that date. Affirmative responses should include pricing data and should be forwarded to reach this office NLT COB the fifteenth day after publication of this notice. All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered. Solicitation documents are not available; however, as a result of responses to this synopsis of intent, the Contracting Officer may determine that a solicitation will be issued.
