Description

UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc., intends to into a Firm Fixed Price type contract. This is a Sole Source requirement with Progress Software Corporation, 14 Oak Park, Bedford, MA 01730, for maintenance of existing Progress Software Databases and software to maintain licenses. Estimated quantity of licenses is 211. The period of performance will be from date of award through September 20, 2001. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested offerors may submit a proposal, which will be considered by this agency, however, a determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
