Description

Contract for paraloft technical services to assist 2D Reconnaissance Battalion, Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, NC by providing technical experience in the operation and maintenance of assigned paraloft equipment. Provide support in planning and development of airborne operational procedures designed to enhance combat readiness and collective skills of personnel. Requires Secret Clearance, U.S. Army Rigger certification, AR2 certification, oxygen maintenance certification, knowledge of oxygen equipment incorporated with HAHO operations and experience in the certification and sustenance of high pressure air systems, Twin Bailout System and Portable Pre-breather. The resultant contract will be for the period 01 February 2001 through 31 January 2002. Procedures to be used in awarding the contract will be under a written quotation with an anticipated award date of 31 January 2001.
