Description

SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED AS F04611-01-R-0001 (SOLICITATION F04611-01-R-9001 IS FOR POSTING PURPOSES ONLY). The purpose of this modification is to notify potential offerors that a revised Draft Statement of Work has been posted on the Web for the ARES acquisition. This revision makes 2 corrections [one in paragraph 7 and the other in paragraph 8.1] and adds a requirement to Section 7, Acquisition Management Support. Paragraph 7.3 is added and reads as follows: The contractor shall support the AFRL management decision making process by providing technical assessments and evaluations of ongoing and planned in-house research programs performed by both government and on-site contractor personnel. As a result of this additional requirement, the Conflict of Interest provision included in the Draft Section L has also been revised. Because of these changes, it is anticipated that the Request for Proposals will not be released until 16 January 2001 and that proposals will be due 2 March 2001.
