Description

Service Contract to furnish all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to provide Grounds Maintenance at Tooele Army Depot and Deseret Chemical Depot both at Tooele, Utah. This work includes watering, mowing and leaf clean up on approximately 39.66 acres of improved grounds. All work will be in accordance with the specifications and Statement of Work in the Contract. This contract will be Firm Fixed Price for one Base Year and four Option Years. This solicitation will be a 100 percent Small Business Set Aside. The Period of Performance for the Base Year will be 01 April 2001 thru 30 November 2001.
