Description

Lease with option to purchase of vehicles throughout Europe, in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW), Attachment #1 Vehicle Specifications, and Attachment # 2 Vehicle Breakdown. Attachment # 2 contains the present monthly leasing cost per vehicle (except for newly required vehicles). Contractors are advised that this requirement will only result in a contract if they can propose leasing prices less than the present amounts. Replies to this marklet research shall contain information to this condition. The Government intends to award a contract "all or none".
