Description

Provide labor, material, equipment, and transportation to do the following work at USCG Family Housing, Kia'i Kai Hale, Honolulu, HI in accordance with the specifications and drawings provided: (a) Replacement of Sewer Force Main (b) Sewage System Repair/Improvements Work includes installation of approx. 1440 linear feet of ductile iron pressure sewer force main and gravity sewer in roadway and shoulder areas, construction of a new forcemain discharge manhose, installation of fillings, valves, and accessories. Work also includes repair/replacement of existing sewers, building laterals and manhole connections, installation of new cutile ion and high desity polyethylene forcemeain piping, valves and flow meters, new electrical conduite, conductors and telecommunications service. The is a competitive negotiation. Offerors will be required to prepare a pricing proposal and a technical proposal. The evaluation factors include past performance and qualifications of key personnel. All work is to be completed within 160 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. This solicitation is issued under and the resulting contract awarded under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program (PL 100-656).
