Description

Numbered Note #1: AMI-American Management, Inc. as prime contractor to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development is soliciting proposals for the provision of roof replacement at a multi-family property owned or controlled by HUD known as Pecan Villa Apts., Breaux Bridge, LA. This property consists of 14 buildings. Work performed under this contract will generally consist of removal of existing roofing and mansards per the documents with the installation of a new wood truss framed sloping roof and replacement of existing wallboard with non-asbestos fiber-cement siding.
