The required delivery date is hereby modified to read: 12 May 2001 for item (1) and item (2). All offerors must submit quotes based on FOB Destination only. The requirement consists of the following items utilized on the HH65 Helicopter. Item (1) NSN 6145-01-HS1-3562, SEARCHLIGHT CABLE, E, P/N 030752-44-30, (Cage Code 15901), quantity required 10 each; Item (2) NSN 6110-01-317-0245, DISTRIBUTION BOX, P/N 025234-11, (Cage Code 15901), quantity required 10 each.
