4240-01-294-7962 Escape, Slide, Aircraft (Air Cruisers' Part Number #22D22825-121). NOTE; THIS ITEM IS ACQUIRED UNDER A AIR CRUISERS PART NUMBER. THE AIR CRUISERS PART NUMBER SPECIFIED IS THE ONLY ITEM WHICH WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD. Authorized dealers/distributors of the Air Cruisers product may submit offers which will be considered for award. This acquisition is 100% UNRESTRICTED. QUANTITY: 50 to be delivered FOB Destination -- Half to the New Cumberland Depot and half to the Tracy Depot in 6 deliveries to each destination beginning 180 days after award. This acquisition will not contain option provisions. FAR Part 12 will be utilized as this item is commercial in nature. Copies of the solicitation will be made available on the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.mil/home or http://214.3.146.126/home at time of solicitation issuance on or about January 18, 2001.
