Description

Description; Video Probe, working channel 7MM, internal working channel grasp foreign objects. 150 degree articulation tip that will measures depth, distance and record digitally or a 3.5" diskett in 3 peg format. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and written solicitation will not be issues. Addition information will be provided upon request. Everest Imaging Ltd, part # xlm726asys: "brand name or equal" See Note 1 -- the proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. the following clauses are applicable to subject solicitation: FAR 52.212-1 ( Instructions to offerors), 52.212-2 (Evaluation-Commercial Items), 52.212-3 (Offeror representations and certifications -- commercial item), 52.212-4 (Contract terms and conditions -- commercial items) and 52.212-5 (Contract terms and conditions required to implement statutes or executive orders -- commercial items).
