73 -- CONCESSIONAIRE TO OPERATE A NUTRITIONAL SHAKE/JUICE BAR

Description: Concessionaire to operate a Nutritional Shake/Juice Bar. This office is conducting market research of the commercial marketplace to determine terms and conditions, contract type, commercial and performance base statement of work and/or other commercial practices currently being used to provide a concession type establishment serving assorted flavored beverages. A percentage of the income generated will be allocated to the Non Appropriated Funds (NAF) for the privileged of having an establishment in operation on Andrews AFB. Types of beverages to be served to include "Power Shakes", Muscle Builder Shakes" "Fruit Smoothie", "Protein Shakes", and "Fat Burner Shakes". Other beverages to be provided include carbonated soft drinks, Poweraide, Gatoraide, coffee and water. In addition to beverages assorted food bars, protein bars, bagels and assorted candy bars will be available. Concessionaire to provide all necessary permits, license fees, cabinets, countertops, signs, bar stools and other supplies/equipment including, but not limited to blenders, mixers, coolers etc. Concession to be located at the fitness center @ Andrews AFB.
