Description

It is the intent of the Government to award a requirements contract consisting of various nomenclatures, National Stock Numbers (NSNs) and Army Part Numbers (APNs) for assests required during fiscal years 2002 through 2006 for which Northrop Grumman Corporation is the only source with the expertise, knowledge, technical data package, and special inspection equipment required to produce/repair the items. Orders will be issued as requirements materialize. Destinations to be furnished. Offerors must be approved and qualified. This proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources. Suggest that small business firms or others interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with this procurement, make contact with the firm(s) listed. The Government does not have in its possession sufficient documentation to acquire these items from other than the qualified source.
