Description

Contractor shall furnish all personnel, supervision, material, transportation, tools and equipment to repair and maintain all equipment and transmission pipeline utilized to treat and transport wastewater from the Helemano Military Reservation to the Schofield Barracks Wastewater Treatment Plant, Island of Oahu, Hawaii. Period of performance is 1 March 2001 through 31 August 2001 with three prepriced 6-month option periods. Completion time is 28 February 2003. This procurement is 100% small business set-aside. A firm is considered to be a small business if its average annual gross receipts for the past three years do not exceed $5 million. NAICS: 562998 All Other Miscellaneous Waste Management Services (SIC 7699 Repair Shops & Related Services Not Elsewhere Classified.) Issue date is on or about 9 January 2001. Telephone requests will not be honored. There is no solicitation charge. This is a recurring requirement. The incumbent contractor currently has a 3-month interim contract awarded for $50,254.50.
