Description

Furnish all equipment, supplies, and labor necessary to replace two 15-ton water-cooled chillers and associated equipment, replace air handling unit controls with new solid state controls, replace the single chilled water expansion/storage tank with a bladder-type expansion tank and a chilled water storage tank, replace water circulating pump units, and replace piping at the Dardanelle Powerhouse, Dardanelle, Arkansas. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business. The applicable NAICS code is 235110 with a size standard of $11.5 million. Solicitation will be on compact disk (CD-Rom) and provided free of charge. The solicitation will not be available in paper format; however, the Government reserves the right to revert to paper medium when determined to be in the Government's best interest. All documents required for the offer submittal, including amendments to the offer submittal, shall be in paper medium. Electronic medium for submittal of offer will not be allowed. Solicitation will be made available upon registration at the Little Rock Contracting Division internet website (address below). If unable to register through the internet, a written request may be sent to Contracting Division at the address above, faxed to (501) 324-5196, or emailed. The request should provide the following information: Name of Firm, Point of Contact, Mailing Address, Street Address for Parcel Delivery Service, Telephone and FAX numbers (including area code), E-mail address, level of participation (General Contractor, Subcontractor, Supplier, or Plan Room), CAGE code, and Large or Small Business status. Failure to provide the above information may cause a delay in receiving the CD-Rom and amendments. Solicitation will be available on or about January 8, 2001. Bids will be due on or about February 7, 2001.
