Description

The Department of the Treasury_s Bureau of the Public Debt will issue a solicitation to conduct a nationwide marketing effort intended to brand its retail securities products, to increase the number of U.S. Savings Bonds purchasers, and to increase public awareness of TreasuryDirect. This effort may require the development of targeted, integrated marketing campaigns including, but not limited to, public relations, all forms of advertising, media relations, and constituency relations. The government anticipates award of an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract that provides for fixed-price and time-and-material task orders and has a base period with four one-year option periods. The maximum value of the contract over this five-year period is $33,000,000; however, the government is in no way obligated to spend this amount. Further, potential offerors must realize that the government_s actual spending under the contract will be subject to various factors such as the availability of funds and program considerations. Interested offerors may register at http://www.eps.gov to receive notification when the solicitation and any amendments are issued and available for downloading. Please note that the General Services Administration provides the notification service as a convenience and does not guarantee that notifications will be received by all persons on the mailing list.
