EDUCAITONAL STUDIES: SOLICITATION NUMBER: DADA10-01-T-0026, POINT OF CONTACT: MS. ALICIA ORTIZ, Contract Specialist, (210)221-4630, CRAIG STARK, Contracting Officer, (210)221-3802. SITE CODE: DADA10. Non-Personal services at U.S. Army Medical Command (MEDCOM), Fort Sam Houston, TX to provide chaplains with a Doctor of Ministry degree while enrolled in the Army's Clinical Pastoral Education program. Contractor shall provide all necessary academic work required (except the final dissertation) within a 12 month period, to include constructive credit for courses provided in the Clinical Pastoral Education program without additional work outside of the process, except for resident courses. Additionally, contractor shall provide all in-resident courses with no more than 6 weeks of residency at the seminary and provide room and board for any students who travel TDY for resident programs. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be issued on or about 22 DEC 00. The closing date will be established in the RFQ package. The base period of performance is anticipated to be 01 MAY 2001 through 30 APR 2002 with two one-year options. Only written or faxed requests (210-221-4630) will be accepted. The request, as a minimum shall contain contractor's name, address, phone number, point of contact and size status. This requirement is issued using full and open competition.
