Description

Furnish exclusive use flight services fully contractor operated and maintained consisting of one light turbine helicopter (BH 407 or equal) in support of the Bureau of Land Management fire suppression and natural resource programs at Ely, Nevada. The Contractor must hold a current Federal Aviation Administration, Air Carrier or Operating Certificate and be certificated under 14 CFR, Part 133, Rotorcraft External-Load Operations and Part 137, Agricultural Aircraft Operations. The contract period will be from date of award until June 15, 2002 with exclusive use period of June 16 to September 13. The Term of the contract is one year with a government unilateral option for three additional years. Anticipated issue date of the solicitation is 01/10/01.
