Description

The rental is for an existing modular office building. Any new modular building offered will require a complete design, construction, transport, installation of a 5040 square foot modular building. Any new building will require L.P. gas, electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilating, air conditioning systems, and foundation. Rental period to include set-up fees (construction) and a monthly base year rental, and option years up to four years after the base year rental period expires. Solicitation to be available on or about January 15, 2001.
