Description

Renovation of the Belt Creek Crew Quarters on the Lewis and Clark NF. This package is estimated to be issued early to mid-January and due within 30 calendar days after issuance date. The project is located between Monarch and Neihart, MT on US Highway 89. Work consists of kitchen and restroom renovation, providing ADA access, replacement of porch decks and enclosing a crawl space. Successful contractor will provide all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, transporttion and incidentals to perform all work included. Estimated start date is March 15, 2001 and estimated price range is $25,000 -- $100,000. This project is not set aside for small business concerns.
