With First Article delivery is 135 each 263 days after contract award . First Article Test Report is 198 DACA. Without First Article delivery is 135 each 210 days after contract award. Applicable to the AH-64 Airframe. FOB Destination to Texarkana, TX . All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Justification for other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1. This proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government does not have specifications and drawings to permit full and open competition. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
