Origin with delivery to Texarkana, TX. This item is restricted to Walbar Metals, Inc., Chandler, AZ 85224 and General Electric Company, Lynn, MA 01910-2690. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain athe quality of the part. Required delivery with First Article Test is 40 each 345 days after contract award and 40 each thereafter until contract completion. First Article Test is due 218 days after contract award. Required delivery without First Article Test is 40 each 230 days after contract award and 40 each thereafter until contract completion. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
