There are 24 ea going to San Diego CA, 6 ea going to Jacksonville FL, 6 ea going to Norfolk VA. All of these will be delivered 280 days after date of award. All reswpondibkle sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considererd. This solicitation is an RFP or IFB and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/Rfp on its issue date of 03 Jan 01. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. The Small Business size standard is 500 employees. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total shall not exceed 1 year. This is an unrestricted acquisistion. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price,delivery,past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
