Description

The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) intends to award a sole source contract to Air Technology Systems Inc. (ATS), Frederick, Md. DISA has a requirement for 8 EA HAC-15-WC-V1, WATER COOLED A.C. UNIT AND COOLS ESI SWITCH AND Y/Z CABINET and 2 EA HES-15-FC-V1 Remote Air Cooled Fluid Cooler (for detail specification please call Aki Lambert at 703-607-6478). This synopsis is a notice of intent to issue award other than Full and Open competition and should not be considered a request for competitive proposals. The determination of the Government not to open subject requirement to full and open competition was made IAW Far 6.302-1 and 10USC 2302 (1) and is solely at the discretion of the Government. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement within 7 days following publication of this notice no later than 2:00 p.m. EST to: Akefeh Lambert, DTN2, (703) 607-6478, Fax (703) 607-4340. Interested parties need to supply their DUN's number, Cage Code, Tax Identification number, business size, CCR status and delivery Time (in day). This action is short fused. Offerors must submit their quotes based on the information presented. Award is anticipated o/a 11 January 2001.
