Description

This Project requires the renovation of Dormitory Buildings 95 and 96, and Boiler House Building 97, and construction of a new Community/Recreational Building. Buildings 95 and 96 are approximately 50,000 square foot each and Building 97 is approximately 3,500 square foot. The square footage of Buildings 95 and 96 will not change, however, the square footage of Building 97 will be reduced after the obsolete cooling tower area is removed. In addition, a new 6,624 square foot recreational facility will be constructed. Previous CBD announcements stated that Offerors should mail a check in the amount of $100.00 for each copy of the solicitation, wherein they would be mailed a copy of the solicitation, with specifications and drawings. The Government has decided to only offer this solicitation through the FLETC website. Prospective offerors can obtain the solicitation and drawings from the FLETC website on the Internet at http: www.treas.gov/fletc/pro/pro_home.htm This solicitation will be available on the world wide web o/a December 26, 2000.
