Description

17. Advance Programming Concepts(APC) Pt. No. 010-ADSIC-APC-400 (2 EA); Equip must be compatible with existing APC radar combiner subsystems. Equip must have software compatible with the network application programming interface employed by the APC combiner system. The radar combiner system receives radar data from five different radars covering Southern CA area. Contract being conducted using other than full and open competition procedures pursuant to authority of FAR 6.302.1. Advance Programming Concepts, Inc. is the OEM and possesses the only complete design, specs, and drawings. No hard copy documentation will be available. The solicitation resulting from this announcement will be available via the Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) web-site (http://www.neco.navy.mil). FFP contract anticipated delivery & install required within 90 days ADC. FOB destination San Diego, CA and Yuma, AZ. See Note 22.
