Description

The purpose of this announcement is to notify perspective contractors that the U.S. Air Force, Air Command (ACC), Langley AFB, VA intends to release a Request for Proposal (RFP)for the requirement to provide radars for use at eleven (11) Tethered Aerostat Radar System (TARS) sites. Perspective contractors shall provide a radar system, to include radar, antenna, control monitoring, gimbal/azimuth drive, and beacon interrogation to be used on the 275K and 420K aerostat platforms. We invite all qualified sources to participate in this requirement in support of the ACC mission.
