This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation F4HQFR03410100 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-20. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns, utilizing the Size Standard in FAR Part 19 under Standard Industrial Code 3648, Business Size Standard is 500 employees and the NAIC code is 335129. The government intends to award a Firm Fixed price Purchase Order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) in accordance with FAR 13.0. 12 CONS, Randolph AFB, TX has a requirement for (1) Line Item as follows: To purchase 12 each Technobeam Lights with Iris and Laser Aiming Devise. Lights are used for Military Professional Performances. FOB destination is required by the Government. FOB point HQ AFSVA/SVPCE, ATTN: Derek Sinclair, 7012 Hughes -- TIB Tech Ctr, Lackland AFB, TX 78236. Desired delivery is 1 week after receipt of award. Contractor shall provide all materials and transportation necessary to deliver the above mentioned item.
