This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Freon 114, brand name mandatory, and is prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.The standard industrial classification (422690). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) N00102-01-Q-M-H018. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect in Federal Acquisition Circular 97-20, part 12. This acquisition is reserved for Small Business. However, the quota's size status may affect entitlement to award in the case of a tie. Award shall be made to the responsible offer quoting the lowest overall price.
