Description

The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) intends to award a Requirements contract with a Base year and four-option years to ISYS/Odyssey Development, Inc., 8775 E. Orchard Road, Suite 811 Englewood, CO 80111 for the purchase of ISYS Standalone Site Licenses and Maintenance. The Government's estimated annual quantity is as follows: Annual Maintenance for ISYS LAN version (30-user license), Quantity: 1 each Annual Maintenance for ISYS Web (plus Spider) version, Quantity: 1 each Annual Maintenance for ISYS PC version, Quantity: 5,500 each Additional Licenses for ISYS PC version, Quantity: 1 unit (100 each per unit) Additional Licenses for ISYS LAN version, Quantity: 1 unit (single 5-license package) Minimum Contract Amount per year is $148,500. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT AVAILABLE. ISYS/Odyssey Development is the only known source providing this site license maintenance for existing ISYS software. All interested concerns must identify their interest in writing and fully document their capability to meet the Agency's requirements by forwarding a detailed response by January 3, 2001. All responses must be in writing and may be faxed to 301-504-4276. All proposals from responsible sources will be considered by the Agency. If no affirmative written response is received by January 3, 2001, to determine that a comparable source is available, or is more advantageous to the Government, negotiations will take place with ISYS/Odyssey Development, Inc.
