Description

Architect-Engineer firm to provide all necessary A/E services to prepare all contract documents and drawings for Architectual Upgrades, OPC, Project # 630-01-103. The scope consists of, but is not limited to upgrade existing Architectural conditions in Outpatient Building at the VA Medical Center, New York, NY. Upgrade of architectural condition include replacement of deective gypsum underlayment and vinyl flooring, intallation of decorative wall guards/handrails, bumper guards and corner guards, painting and repair of accoustical ceiling system. A/E services to include survey of existing conditions, design developmet of contract drawings, specifications, and detailed cost estimate. All in accordance VA regulations. The Estimated construction range is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00.
